The importance of leadership in crises
8. December 2020, 17:00 - 18:30
Strive for decisions and decide!
In this webinar, we will extract the particularly important element of leadership questions in staff work from our certificate course on crisis management. Other components will follow as webinars.
During the webinar, we will first ask ourselves what lessons we can learn from the “Endurance Expedition” of British Antarctic explorer Ernest Shackleton before working out the importance of leadership in the crisis. The aim is to describe the method by which the solution-finding competence of all staff members can be used optimally. How can a systematic decision-making process succeed under time and action pressure and what contribution does the element of cooperation in the staff make.
